REIKI
Reiki is a gentle, holistic healing technique that originated in Japan. The word "Reiki" is derived from two Japanese words: Rei, meaning "universal," and Ki, meaning "life energy." This practice is based on the idea that an unseen life force energy flows through all living things and is essential to well-being. When this energy is low or blocked, it may contribute to stress, illness, or emotional imbalance.

During a Reiki session, the practitioner channels energy through their hands to the recipient, either with light touch or by hovering just above the body. The goal is to support the body's natural ability to heal, reduce stress, and promote deep relaxation. Reiki is non-invasive, safe for all ages, and complements both traditional and alternative medical treatments.

The purpose of Reiki is not only to address physical symptoms but also to balance the emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of a person. Many clients report feeling calmer, more centered, and revitalized after sessions. Reiki is increasingly used in wellness centers, hospitals, and personal self-care routines as a tool for holistic healing and inner peace.
