Exercise Specialist / Physiotherapy Asst
Saelmy is a passionate, caring and enthusiastic advocator for movement and wellness. She has a bachelor degree in Physiotherapy from Bogota- Colombia. Saelmy has been working in rehab for more than 10 years with patients of different types and has created programs such as fall prevention, Parkinsons rehab, injury prevention and others.
Also, as part of her background she has being dancing for more than 20 years to rhythms such as Latin, Jazz, Afro Cuban, and Zumba. As a strong believer and advocator for movement and wellness, Saelmy is engaged with the community as a Personal Trainer, Exercise/Rehab
Specialist and Fitness Instructor; teaching classes such Total Body Conditioning, Gentle Fit, Parkinson, Zumba, Pilates and many more. Her goal is to enhance quality of life by promoting health and wellness.
